Notes regarding App permissions:
In order to use the App to its full capacity the following access permissions are required.

1) Contacts: Adding exhibitors to contacts
2) Calender: Adding appointments to the calender (when using the "Request a meeting" feature)

Details to App permissions can be found and changed in "Settings" -> " RDA-2015 ".
